About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven and hands-on Senior SDR with at least 5 years of experience to lead our outbound sales development efforts. This is a foundational role – you will own and build the entire SDR function, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 100% hands-on role – build the SDR function from scratch, including playbooks, outreach strategies, and automation.
  •  Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate high-quality leads.
  •  Identify and target key decision-makers in our industry and initiate conversations.
  • Conduct personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls to drive engagement.
  •  Qualify inbound and outbound leads and set meetings for the sales team.
  • Track and analyze outreach efforts to optimize conversion rates.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales to align messaging and improve funnel efficiency.
  •  Utilize CRM and sales automation tools to streamline and track prospecting activities.

Requirements:

  •  5+ years of SDR experience in a fast-paced startup (not corporate).
  •  Proven track record of building outbound SDR processes from scratch.
  •  100% hands-on – a builder, not just a strategist.
  • Native-level English – Advantage
  •  Strong hunter mentality – proactive, persistent, and results-driven.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage decision-makers.
  • Experience with CRM & sales automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take full ownership.
