We are looking for a hands-on QA engineer who will oversee the development of our web and desktop applications. You will be able to bring your philosophy to our products and help us ensure their high quality and the most efficient R&D / QA workflows.

Corsight is looking for an individual with great communication skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, and a sharp analytical and problem-solving approach—a creative thinker with vision and attention to detail. You must be keen to develop your knowledge and experience in the world of Biometrics and facial recognition.

Responsibilities

• Manual Testing of the applications (web & mobile) includes approval of PRs and official releases.
• Responsible for testing new features, both frontend (UI, UX) and backend features on various platforms.
• Identify, record, document, and track bugs.
• Use Python-based scripts and tools to optimize parameters and configuration to improve the overall performance of the product. 
• Meeting with the software/product designers to determine quality assurance parameters.
• Support multiple product/research/software tasks with an efficient framework to ensure that organized and correct insights are shared.

The QA Engineer will report to the VP of Product.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience testing web applications and API
• Self-management high skills with project planning, task, and people coordination
• Fluency in English – written and spoken
• Experience with Git, Python, Linux – advantage
• Must be able to multi-task and provide support of multiple projects in various stages
• Strong communication skills, creative, results driven, quick learner, “Get things done” mentality
